Story
For my birthday this year, (15.12.) I'm asking for donations to St Wilfrid's Hospice (Eastbourne). I've chosen this charity because their mission means a lot to me, and I hope that you'll consider contributing as a way of celebrating with me. Every little bit will help me reach my goal. I've included information about St Wilfrid's Hospice (Eastbourne) below.
We provide specialist care for people with any progressive, advanced life-limiting illness. Referrals are made by the patient's GP or other healthcare professionals and care is delivered by a team that includes consultants in palliative medicine, specialist nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, counsellors and social workers.
We want to see a community where people talk openly about dying, live well until the end of their life and where nobody dies alone, afraid or in pain.
